VeriTax is based in Beijing, China, and established by U.S. Certified Public Accountant Ms. Lui Lam , and U.S. MBA Ms. Crystal Lam .
 Lui Lam - US CPA , AICPA , HKICPA
Lui was licensed in Rhode Island, USA, where she earned a graduate degree in Accounting. She worked for CPA firms in Massachusetts and Rhode Island for over 12 years, where she gained her US tax and accounting experience. After returning to Hong Kong in 2002, she continued working on US & International tax for three years. In early 2005, Lui relocated to Beijing, China and founded VeriTax & Business Services Co. Ltd.

 Crystal Lam – US MBA
Crystal received a MBA degree in International Business in the U.S. She has worked for several different types of businesses in Taiwan, including education, manufacturing, and trading. She joined Lui in the middle of year 2005 and served multiple roles in the company. She is the primary contact for the firm's business development, office administration and accounts management.
